- Essential: Email address, Name (via Google/Apple Sign-In), User ID, Nickname, Profile Color, Chore Data, FCM Token.
- Automatic: Access logs, Service usage time, IP address, Cookies, Device Info (OS, Model).
- Optional: Partner info for sync, Subscription status, Advertising ID (ADID/IDFA).
B. Third-Party Services (SDKs)
We use the following third-party services to provide and improve our Service:
- Google Play Services & Firebase: Analytics, Crashlytics, FCM, Auth.
- Google AdMob: Personalized advertisements.
- RevenueCat: Subscription and membership management.
- Sign in with Apple: Authentication for iOS users.
3. Purpose of Collection and Use
- User management and identification.
- Service provision (Chore management, Notifications, Data sync).
- Service improvement and new feature development.
- Customer support.
- Providing personalized ads and managing subscriptions.
4. Retention and Use Period
In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, the following information is retained for the specified period according to relevant laws:
- Records on contract/withdrawal/payment: 5 years
- Records on consumer complaints/disputes: 3 years
- Login records: 3 months
5. Provision to Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to external parties in principle, except for the following service providers necessary for operation:
- AWS (Amazon Web Services): Data storage and server operation.
- Google / Apple: Auth, Payments, Analytics, Ads.
- RevenueCat: Subscription management.
6. Destruction Procedures and Methods
Electronic files are deleted using technical methods that make the records unrecoverable.
7. User Rights and Account Deletion
Users can request account deletion and personal information erasure at any time via the 'Settings > Delete Account' menu within the app.
